At Dwights Outdoors, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all technical tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached, and include a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
